The Anima e Terra (Soul and Earth) retreat is a sacred container for connection with Self, Spirit, and the Earth. Through meditation, yoga, herbalism, land-based teachings, breathwork, and sacred ceremony, you will experience profound rest, nourishment, and alignment - a true return home to yourself.

- 💫 A chance to immerse yourself in the wonder of a land where ancient Etruscans gathered in ceremony. We are held by Magic Mountain, nestled in lavender fields and olive groves, with a 3,000 year old well that still draws water.
Accommodations and Meals: Enjoy literal farm-to-table vegetarian meals (Ebbio is an organic farm) and shared accommodations at the fully restored 13th-century Ebbio Farmhouse - view the retreat space here.
