Soul Canvas is a creative process that supports you to lean into the edges of your expression and discover who you are in your Truest Form.  You will discover SO MUCH about yourself and learn to STOP PLAYING SMALL.

We use different mediums for creative exploration (i.e. painting, dance, voice/music, and more).  You will be invited to try everything, but you can choose to work with the medium you enjoy the most.

An Awakening story:
In 2016, I found myself living in my parents basement. I had just left an unhealthy marriage, was recovering from a deep depression,
and moved back to my small hometown in Canada after
10 years of calling Australia home.Â
This was a Tower moment where everything fell down around me. I was trying to reclaim the broken pieces of myself after many years in a damaging relationship that lacked healthy intimacy and in a pentecostal church
where women’s sexual expression was chastised or condemned.
I didn’t realize that my creative energy, my sexual energy,
and my authentic voice were all connected. Â
I had been living in a box for so long - a box of conformity and
people-pleasing, disguised in high-achieving. I was trying so hard to
be so many things to so many people (and I was really good at it),
but deep down inside my heart was screaming.
I had banished to the shadows my Holy Fire, the Goddess of my Liberation.
I had repressed my creativity, my voice, my sexual expression.
Reconnecting to this energy changed EVERYTHING.
It changed my LIFE.
I began by singing songs in my parents basement, hidden from the rest of the world. A “secret” project that allowed me to find my authentic voice. My voice came out as a raw growl, dripping with sensuality and words I’d never dare to utter in public. My “good girl” persona was shattering (or at least becoming a cloak I was learning to take off, instead of a
fabric woven tightly into my being).
Energy began to rise and transform me. Tantric awakening, sexual
liberation, a rage and Holy Fire that set me free. This Fire taught
me how to step into my Full Expression and Rebuild my Life!
I said “Yes” to my Dreams. I rebuilt my life on MY TERMS.
I stepped into alignment with my Truth! Â
I finally dove into a music career at 33 years old to fulfill my artistic dream.
I did the brave thing and recorded, released and toured my music.
I produced my own music videos like this one and this one.
I was invited to perform in France and for the first time ever
I sang the songs I recorded in my bedroom in front of a crowd. Â
I received a DOUBLE ENCORE! The crowd literally begged me
to perform the same songs again. So I did.
A woman in their fullest expression is Magnetic.Â
I was invited back to France the following year, and also played in Sweden, Canada and even in Australia, the land I left behind. That was the beginning of a Huge Awakening in my life, and the ripple effect has brought me to where I am now and what I share with the world.
Confident, Clear, Embodied, and FREE.
I continue to say “YES” to more - to lean into the edges of my growth, embrace my full expression and openly share my gifts with the world.
